This ruler is one of the Vanguard Tactics Accessories and is 9 inches long with a 2 inch wide section
on one end and a 0.5 inch wide section on the other for measuring distances between models easily.
Additionally along the sides there are markings for 1 inch and 3 inches for measuring other distances.
